HOW DO I KNOW YOU ARE A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS?
Our ABN is 38 730 161 395. Our registered trading name is Bootees.

All prices displayed are in AUD, and include GST. Please see below for information on returns and refunds.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Once you have browsed items and added to your cart, choose the Checkout button. Enter your details and select a payment method if you have shopped with us previously and signed into your account these will automatically display. Any promotional codes you may have can be entered into the Promotion Code box before submitting the order.

Please note that if you pay by PayPal you MUST return to the Bootees site to confirm your order. Clicking Bank Deposit or Money Order automatically places an order please see below for further details on these payment methods.

If your order has been correctly placed, youll receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

WHAT WILL BE IN MY PARCEL?
All of our bootees come in Bootees branded dust bag and are then packed in a sturdy mailer bag to keep your items safe. Here at Bootees we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible so we wont include a hard copy of your invoice unless you request one!

Firstly, check that the code has been spelt correctly. If there hasnt been a typo, please check the expiration date as our promotional offers do have a limited time span. If you are still having issues, please contact us at hello@bootees.com.au

I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRIED TO PAY! WHAT HAPPENED?
If you get an error message during checkout it is possible that your order has still been placed. Contact us on 0404 451 362, during business hours, or email us at hello@bootees.com.au anytime and we will resolve the issue as soon as we can.

During periods of heavy traffic (during a sale for example) our site may be slower than usual, and occasionally items may sell out as youre trying to purchase them. If this does happen we will contact you as soon as possible. It may be that the same or an alternative piece may be made up for you although this may mean a slight delay.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We have a flat shipping rate of $10.00 per order within Australia and $15 for New Zealand orders. Please contact us for international shipping rates.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery, allowing for public holidays and weekends. If you are paying via direct bank deposit please note that we will need to receive your payment before your order is shipped.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, though during busy periods there can occasionally be delays. If you have any special requests or need an item urgently, please mention it in your order, or email us at hello@bootees.com.au and we will do our best to meet your needs.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, all you need to do is enter the address you wish your parcel to be delivered to during checkout. If youre sending a gift directly to the recipient and would like a special message included with the item just make note of it in your order. Invoices arent included in the order unless requested. If the delivery address is the same as your customer address, simply tick the same as box.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
We do not ship to Australian P.O. Boxes.

WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
We deliver by Australia Post and someone must be available to accept delivery. If no one is available, an Australia Post parcel pick-up card will be left for you to collect your order from your nearest Post Office at your earliest convenience.

You can choose to have your parcel delivered without a signature, however by choosing this option you accept full responsibility for your parcel and Australia Post and Bootees cannot be held accountable if your parcel goes missing. If you are willing to have your order delivered without a signature or left in a safe place (i.e. at the back door) please make a note in the Special instructions box during checkout.

CAN SOMEBODY ELSE COLLECT MY PARCEL FOR ME?
If you'd like somebody else to collect your parcel, please leave a note in the Special instructions box during checkout for example, Please leave parcel with Reception.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Please contact us at hello@bootees.com.au for an estimate of shipping costs to your location. We use registered Air Mail to ship internationally.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE IF I AM AN OVERSEAS CUSTOMER?
Please note we can ONLY accept International payments by credit cards/PayPal.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will happily refund or exchange items if they are faulty or not as you expected (see our TERMS AND CONDITIONS for more info).

Sale items (marked-down items, not regular items purchased during a %off sale) cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are faulty or incorrect.*

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition - this means used, with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny you a refund if we deem the item to not meet these standards and denied refunds will be returned to you.

Please note you are liable for any postage costs incurred when refunding/exchanging. However, if we deem the item faulty, or if it was sent to you in error, we will reimburse you for the freight charges incurred to return the product to bootees.com.au via the payment method used when the product was originally purchased.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASE?
Please email hello@bootees.com.au to request a refund, specifying the items you wish to return and including your name and Order# in the email. The pertinent instructions will then be dispatched to you. Please DO NOT just send items back, any unauthorized returns will be sent back to you.

Your refund will be given to you by the same method with which you paid us.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?
Exchanges will be given if items meet the above standards. If we are not able to provide you with the item you are after you will be given the option of a refund, a different item (any price difference must either be paid by you in terms of a more expensive item, or refunded by us if the new item is cheaper than the original purchase) or a credit note.

CAN I GET A CREDIT NOTE?
We can offer a credit note for a returned item.

I RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT WASNT WHAT I ORDERED! WHAT DO I DO?
Please email hello@bootees.com.au specifying your order# and the incorrect item. We will endeavor to get the correct item out to you as soon as possible and will discuss the return of the incorrect item.

PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT CARDS/PAYPAL
Credit Cards (Mastercard and Visa) are accepted via PayPal and our secure checkout system. Our ecommerce functionality is programmed by Mantis Technologies for more information please take a look at our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

If you pay using Paypal, checkout will take you to the login page, where you can then pay directly from your credit card, bank account or existing PayPal account). PayPal payments are received instantly, and unless otherwise notified, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Please follow the links back to Bootees after making payment, to confirm your order with us.

BANK DEPOSIT
You can pay directly from your bank account via Bank Transfer - funds usually take 2-3 business days to clear, Please contact us for details if you wish do pay via a Bank Transfer. You can also deposit over the counter at any Commonwealth Bank branch - funds will clear instantly. Please quote your order number as a reference. Orders will be processed once payment clears. Please note your payment must be received within 4 business days of placing your order, or your order will be cancelled!

MONEY ORDER
Details of where to send a money order will display in checkout. Please include a printout of your confirmed order, note with your order#, in the envelope. We cant ship your order until the Money Order is received.

PLEASE NOTE ALL MONEY ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED!
